This Privacy Policy explains how CRATIUS HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the interface at lockedin.trading.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE: We utilize third-party services such as Privy (for authentication and wallet management). These third parties act as independent data controllers. CRATIUS HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. does not directly store your private keys or full personal financial data processed by these providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies.

  • Name, telegram handle, wallet address.

b. Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data: pages visited, system activity, interactions with the Platform.

We may use cookies or similar technologies to gather certain data. Note that while Lockedin does not store device or geolocation data on our servers, third-party services (e.g., payment providers) may collect and store such information.

  • Public blockchain transaction data. Note that blockchain transactions can sometimes be correlated with other information to identify individuals.
  • Any additional information necessary for legal compliance.

2. Third-party data controllers (Privy)​

For authentication and wallet services, we use Privy. As a result:

  • Personal Data: Sensitive data such as your email address, social media login tokens, and private key information are processed directly by Privy.
  • Access: CRATIUS HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. does not see or store your private keys or seed phrases.
  • Privacy Terms: Privy acts as an independent data controller. We encourage you to review their Privacy Policy to understand how they manage your personal information.

3. Accuracy and Retention​

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Information we hold is accurate and up-to-date, and we retain it only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy.

4. Minor Users​

Lockedin does not knowingly collect or market to users under 18 years old. If we discover data from minors, we will promptly delete it and deactivate the account. By using our Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the parent/guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Platform.
